My Sirius radio is not working?!?! HELP!?
My antenna was replaced 2 months ago and my subscription is current. I called customer service number, check that my account is active, it was sending the signal on several occasions, we tried to unplug it and is said to call the number 888 for registration. The customer service people said it was okay that the antenna has been questioned since receiving a signal, or the actual unit. However, there was no way whether the unit without having to buy another! Currently I have the Starmate replay and is about 6 years. Is this unit dies? Comments?
